This facility will be used for the secure exchange of documentation and correspondence with you throughout the lifetime of your Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).
You can view documentation we send to you and download or print for your own records.
You can safely upload documents you wish to send to us (eg copy payslips, bank statements etc) in virtually any format.
Note that all documentation will be permanently deleted 2 months after completion of the IVA; so please ensure you download anything you want to retain for your own records.
The facility may also be used for other instant and confidential communications between you and your Supervisors throughout the lifetime of your IVA.
